Job Description

CoWorx is seeking skilled Warehouse Specialists on 1st shift! We're working with a reputable client in Enfield, CT to fill long-term roles. Tasks include picking and packing orders, inspecting for quality, and preparing shipments.

Job Requirements

Primary Duties:

  • Read and follow work orders
  • Move, gather, package, label, and distribute materials
  • Assemble wooden or cardboard containers - or select pre-assembled containers
  • Work with specialty cartons and various packing materials
  • Inspect products and packages - ensure compliance with company standards
  • Maintain inventory records
  • Sort parcels according to destination or other classifications
  • Operate lift truck, pallet jack, or hand truck to unload trucks and move materials
  • Cooperate and comply with all Company policies and guidelines
  • Process International orders, fill out appropriate export documentation
  • Maintain returns, checking for damages and entering customer comments

Qualifications:

  • Highschool Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous Warehouse experience
  • Ability to use computer and related equipment to enter records
  • Good communication skills
