Job Requirements

Primary Duties:

• Ensure assigned area are clean - help create a safe and sanitary environment for all employees
• Perform minor preventative maintenance and repairs
• Perform routine cleaning including vacuuming; sweeping, mopping, dusting, and emptying trash
• Restroom care including cleaning and disinfecting sinks, counter tops, toilets, and mirrors
• Assist with snow removal and other seasonal maintenance
• Clean break room refrigerator/freezer

Requirements:

• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubber
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop, crouch, use of hand/wrist, talk, see and hear for extended periods
• custodial experience in an office OR warehouse environment preferred
• Must be able to perform independently, be self-directed, and take initiative

• 1st Shift: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
