Looking for an Engineer to take the role of Value Stream Manager to lead continuous improvement efforts in a medical device manufacturing area. Will be utilizing data provided by manufacturing systems and use it to organize and direct the daily operations of the team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee production process and team progress.
• Coordinate and support cross-Functional teams like quality, engineering, and maintenance.
• Identify improvement opportunities and utilize appropriate problem solving tools and relevant data to continuously improve business process.
• Utilize MRP systems

Desired Background/Skills:

• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in leadership.
• Preferable to have an understanding of GMP for Medical Devices or experience working in a regulated industry.
