Job Description

CoWorx Staffing is seeking a goal-oriented team player with excellent communication skills to join our Tucson team as a Team Lead.

Team Leads are responsible for providing leadership to a group of agents and senior agents that can be either local or remote. The Team Lead is responsible for ensuring agents are up to date on all rules, regulations and new practices and procedures. They are responsible for making sure their team of agents can perform all duties, and meet the required KPI’s and SLA. Finally, a Team Lead is to promote a positive sales environment for agents by being vocal and announcing sales.



Job Requirements

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage operations floor for their team of agents including incoming queues, break schedules, trainings and coaching

  • Maintain and enforce PCI compliancy

  • Address attendance issues, disruptive and unruly behaviors of agents with onsite co-employer

  • Mentor floor support and senior agents to prepare them for the next position

  • Conduct agent coaching’s and call reviews for required department KPI’s

  • Send emails in a timely and professional manner

  • Positive attendance


Background and Experience

  • Knowledge with basic computer systems and Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel

  • Previous sales and leadership experience

  • Call center experience a plus

  • High School Diploma required


Required Skills

  • Excellent organization and people skills. Able to problem solve, multi task and evolve with a rapidly changing workplace

  • Enthusiastic self-starting team player comfortable with a fast-paced work environment

  • Ability to speak effectively to groups courteously and tactfully in person, or on phone, etc.

  • Understanding and ability to effectively coach agents on required KPI’s

  • Able to analyze and decipher data and spreadsheets

  • Ability to diligently complete required documentation within a timeline

  • Required to be frequently mobile on the call floor
