Our amazing contract manufacturer in Westborough is looking to add SMT Operators to their team.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize SMT machines to place surface mount parts and solder devices to the printed circuit board.
• Responsible for the setup of all pieces of equipment on the SMT line including the screen printer, the pick and place machines, and the reflow oven.
• Adhere to all ESD requirements and Board Handling.
• Load feeders for surface mount machines.
• Verify correct part numbers being used for specific jobs.
• Initiate and select correct programs for SMT screen printer and SMT pick and place machines.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Ability to utilize electronic manufacturing system.
• Working knowledge of equipment used in SMT operations.
• Strong communication skills.
