Job Requirements

Primary Job Duties:

• Evaluate trends, identify and investigate unusual or unexpected account variances
• Generate daily and monthly reports
• Make recommendations to resolve issues and make corrections, as necessary 
• Assist with Intercompany Billings 
• Fulfill Audit Requests and Control Review 
• Promote teamwork between operational groups and departments 
• Assist with Blackline Reporting and distribution to management 
• Analyze, investigate, and correct accounting entries as needed
• Respond to inquiries and contact other departments to resolve a variety of problems
• May specialize in one or more areas of the accounting function as designated by Supervisor
• Prepare timely balance sheet reconciliations

Qualifications:

• Treasury and Cash reconciliation experience
• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years accounting experience
• General Ledger experience 
• Experience reconciling Balance Sheet Cash Accounts is strongly preferred 
• PeopleSoft experience preferred
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent computer skills, especially with Excel
• Excellent oral/written communication skills
