Job Requirements

Primary Duties:

• Verify accuracy of inbound/outbound counts and record information in ERP System
• Package and label materials per router instructions, CSR’s or Customer Orders
• Prepare shipments - including picking and allocating product
• Maintain accuracy of inventories including cycle counting - perform audits
• Maintain well-organized and clean stockroom
• Ensure materials needed for production orders and/or customer shipments are prioritized
• Work with Customer Service to resolve customer issues
• Prepare proper documents for International shipments

Priorities:

• Inventory  control 
• Receiving  material 
• Issuing  work  orders 
• Shipping  material 
• Keeping  the  stockroom  and  shipping  area  clean  and  organized 
• Being  present  at  your  workstation 

Qualifications:

• Mandatory  morning  meetings  at  8:30  am. 
• Need  to  work  with  QAD,  WorldShip,  FedEx  Ship  Manager,  and  Microsoft  Word  and  Excel
• Need  to  be  on  top  of  all  forms  of  communication  (Slack,  phone  calls,  emails,  verbal) 
• Include  team  members  and  supervisor  on  all  emails  so  we  have  traceability  in  case  you contribute  to  any  areas  that  could  improve  efficiency
• Bring  inbound  items  to  the  appropriate  people  or  areas w within  the  building
