We are looking for confident, self-starters who are problem solvers and have excellent active listening skills. The ideal candidate will have inside sales abilities or experience upselling a product in a previous role, a great work ethic, and be a strong supporter of the company’s goal to keep reusable items out of landfills.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones, emails, TXT, and live chat from customers.
• Professionally respond to and/or troubleshooting customer questions, which includes using standard screens, scripts, and procedures.
• Assist customers in scheduling / rescheduling their appointments.
• Provide customers with service options and product information.
• Identify and escalate priority issues, and report to management.
• Follow up on complicated customer interactions where required.
• Record details of customer interactions.
• Develop rapport with customers, with an upbeat and positive attitude.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Excellent customer service attitude.
• Ability to engage and tailor interactions with each customer, making their experience exceptional.

Other Information:

We are hiring multiple candidates for this role which has an anticipated start date of February 13th. Candidates must be eligible to attend an in-person training class for the first four weeks between the hours of 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday.
