Job Requirements

Job responsibilities:

• Performs applicant phone screenings and/or face to face interviews of qualified candidates for direct and non-direct care opportunities based on organizational or departmental need
• Enters Applicant tracking data and ensures all data is entered accurately and in a timely manner into system
• Prepares and distributes reports as assigned
• Manages third party vendor background screenings 
• As one of the first points of contact for applicants seeking to work with our organization, consistently puts forth a positive and professional image
• Works collaboratively on recruitment team regarding organizational initiatives, recruitment blitzes, and projects
• Manages employee referral and sign on bonus programs, including the tracking and issuing of monthly employee referral and sign-on bonuses 
• Serves as the primary backup for the Recruiting Coordinator in all responsibilities, including daily interview set-up
• Performs special projects as needed and/or assigned

Requirements:

• Must possess a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or related field 
• 1 year of experience in a customer service environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills required
• Must have strong technology skills, including Applicant Tracking Database, Microsoft Office Suite, fax machines, photocopier, and other standard office equipment
• Previous experience in, or understand of the importance of, dealing with confidential material and information is required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
