Job Description

CoWorx Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Lebanon, IN. You will be responsible for collaborating with hiring managers and the HR team to ensure positions are filled with highly talented candidates in a seamless manner. 

Job Requirements

Primary Duties:

  • Coordinate and ensure accuracy and efficiency of recruiting processes 
  • Participate in recruitment events to fill open positions and foster strong relationships
  • Utilize online sourcing techniques to identify qualified candidates
  • Provide management with requested reports and documents
  • Accurately maintain employee files


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 
  • 2 or more years progressively responsible experience in HR: specifically in employment
  • High volume/hourly recruiting, EEO, and compliance Agency recruiting experience a huge plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet goals and deadlines

Hours Available:

  • 1st shift- 8am-5pm M-F
