Job Description

CoWorx Staffing has a new opportunity for a Quality Process Technician in the Greater Waterbury, Ct area! In this role you will perform a variety of analyses and process investigation to support resolution of customer complaints.

Job Requirements

Primary Duties:

  • Trace rejected parts through processes to determine root cause
  • Develop process flow diagrams in support of analysis performed
  • Develop and maintain other process flow documentation as necessary
  • Coordinate with Quality Engineers/Quality Manager to provide response to customer
  • Support Quality Department software implementation and revision
  • Maintain CMM programming (writing, maintaining, tracking, troubleshooting, etc)
  • Coordinate layouts, capability studies and gage R&Rs
  • Participate in activities related to process improvement
  • Implement continuous improvement, corrective action for low Cpks, and reduction of frequencies for highly capable processes

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of GD&T, SPC and blueprint reading
  • Ability to accurately use all measurement equipment in Quality Lab
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent analytic and organizational skills
