Job Description

CoWorx Staffing is seeking Quality Inspectors to join a fast-paced arts and crafts production team in Decatur, GA. In this role you will start at the packaging end of the production line inspecting product to ensure quality. Job Requirements

Primary Duties:

  • Operate filling line equipment
  • Request maintenance support as needed
  • Assist other line operator in doing line changeovers for the next production run
  • Maintain a safe and clean work are
  • Ensure proper cap and label placement
  • Ensure bottles are free of paint and damage
  • Bundle properly sealed and inner pack labels applied
  • Ensure master cartons are completely full (no shortages)
  • Make sure production quantities are properly counted
  • Ensure proper segregation of different items run on the line
  • Assist other linemen in sterilizing the line and cleaning all equipment on the line. 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED desired 
  • Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure
  • Reliable and timely attendance Ability to lift up to 30 pounds  
  • Standing, walking, kneeling, bending, pushing or pulling is required throughout the entire shift
  • Must be willing to work in an environment that may get wet, and may have some exposure to dust, gas and/or fumes. 
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays, days off may be split.

Hours Available:

  • 6:45am - 7:25pm or 6:45pm - 7:14 am
  • Rotating Schedule
