Job Description

CoWorx Staffing services has new opportunities for Production Technicians with an established manufacturer in Hanover, MA. In this role you will ensure the smooth operation of machinery and equipment vital to the production process. You will also be responsible for maintaining records and training manufacturing personnel in proper procedures.

Job Requirements

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Set up machinery and equipment to perform routine processing operations 
  • Ensure work performed meets established tolerance and quality standards
  • Maintain and keep appropriate records
  • Participate in group meetings and group problem solving
  • Assist in giving input to work planning, scheduling, etc.
  • Train other manufacturing personnel in quality standards and processes

Qualifications:

  • Highschool Diploma or Equivalent
  • Minimum 1-2 years manufacturing environment experience
  • Lifting up to 50lbs
  • Basic math skills
  • Forklift experience a plus

Hours Available:

  • 1st Shift, 5am-3:30pm
  • 2nd Shift, 7:30am-6pm
  • 3rd Shift, 7pm-5:30am
