Job Description

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Production Supervisors for a premiere manufacturer in Charlestown, NH. These are a Direct Hire, Full Time positions offering excellent pay and benefits. In this role you will be responsible for directing the activities of Group Leaders with an emphasis on product quality, on time delivery, and factory production efficiency. Additionally, the Production Supervisor is responsible for supporting key business metrics, general housekeeping, and workplace safety.

Job Requirements

Primary Duties:

  • Ensure adherence to daily production schedules and dispatch list priorities
  • Monitor throughput daily
  • Provide input on capacity planning as customer production demands fluctuate
  • Ensure employees are following established operating procedures and that equipment is operating within expected controls.
  • Participate in root cause identification - develop and implement corrective action plans
  • Ensure employees have appropriate training for assigned job responsibilities
  • Maintain training matrix for assigned areas
  • Cross-train within assigned area
  • Perform annual performance reviews - provide appropriate resources/training to support expected job performance
  • Manage staffing and employee performance •

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree required- bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2 years supervisory experience
  • 2 years related production experience
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
  • Working knowledge and application of ISO standards.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
