CoWorx Staffing is currently seeking a Lead Operator for a new role with a leading manufacturer in the Waterbury, CT  area. You will be working in a light industrial environment where you will be responsible for assisting in the assignment of team member's duties.

Job Requirements

Primary Duties:

  • Assign workers to machines based on workflow schedule
  • Ensure quality and quantity of parts through production line 
  • Record the production of the staged, loaded and returned parts
  • Move boxes with hand truck when necessary
  • Assist with machine operation, assembly, visual inspections, and sorting 

Requirements:

  • 1 year lead manufacturing experience
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
  • Good communication skills 
  • Basic math skills
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus!

Hours Available:

  • 2nd shift
  • 2:30pm - 11pm
  • Mon-Fri
