CoWorx Staffing in partnership with Vibram is hiring Production Associates and Operators! Vibram is the world leader in high performance rubber soles- targeted to the outdoor, work, recreation, fashion, repair, and orthopedic markets.

Job Requirements

Job Duties:

  • Set up, operate, and maintain equipment
  • Oversee and participate in molding process
  • Inspect product for defects or irregularities
  • Work with team to meet goals and deadlines
  • Maintain clean and organized work area
  • Uphold safety and quality assurance standards

Requirements:

  • Reliable attendance
  • Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bed for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail
