Job Description

CoWorx has partnered with one of the largest employers in the Hartford metropolitan area to fill temp-to-hire opportunities in their Windsor, CT facility. Entry-level candidates that are looking to gain skills in the manufacturing industry are encouraged to apply! We have multiple positions available in Mail Sorting, Machine Operation and Material Handling, with both day and night, 12-hour shifts on rotating schedules.

Face masks are required on site, social distancing measures are in place throughout our building. Everyone that enters the building follows these procedures. We’ve got you covered.

Job Requirements

Job Duties:

  • Operate inserting and sorting machines
  • Prepare materials in accordance with job specifications
  • Feed material into equipment and monitor for jams or product damage
  • Move materials from machines to staging or packaging areas
  • Document production paperwork
  • Maintain clean and organized work area
  • Uphold safety and quality assurance standards

Requirements:

  • Entry-level
  • Prior Manufacturing experience a plus
  • Ability to perform basic math
  • Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including every other weekend
  • Able to stand and remain active for the entire shift
