Job Description

CoWorx Staffing is seeking Material Handlers for temp-hire roles with a logistics company in Edison, NJ.

Job Requirements

Job Duties: 

  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup (load, pick/pack, wrap, label, ship, palletize) 
  • Receive and process warehouse stock products (use RF scanners, unload, label, stock/put away) 
  • Keep shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat
  • Maintain clean shipping supply areas
  • Comply with procedures, rules, and regulations 
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed 

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of recent experience working in a warehouse/distribution environment 
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the entire shift 
  • Must not be afraid of height as the usage of ladders is require to pick items on a higher level 
  • Basic math skills 
  • Dependable and reliable attendance 
  • Ability to come to work promptly and regularly and to be a team player
