Job Description

CoWorx is hiring Material Handlers for roles in Danbury, CT. This is a great opportunity to join an established team with excellent benefits available from day one!

Job Requirements

Job Description:

  • Priorities and arrange Pick List based on commitment level to customers
  • Use RF scanners to pick items 
  • Operate shipping computer
  • Assist in cycle counts and product placement
  • Monitor shipping supplies and alert supervisors when they need to be reordered
  • Perform clerical functions such as data entry and filing
  • Operate material handling equipment 
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area
  • Uphold safety and quality assurance standards
  • Coordinate transport arrangements with carriers.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Shipping experience a plus!
  • Lifting up to 44 lbs. (20kg)
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal English
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift for entire shift
