CoWorx Staffing Services is looking for Manufacturing Operators in Rochester, NH! You will be a full-fledged team member from DAY ONE and will qualify our client’s exceptional benefits right away! Your duties will be wide ranging across manufacturing from assembly to machine operation to finishing. Plus, you’ll earn a competitive starting pay rate of $21/hour plus shift differential.

Responsibilities:

• Perform manufacturing operations associated with producing quality composites and components.
• Produce quality product per work instructions.
• Accurately and efficiently set up equipment to produce quality product.
• Execute daily autonomous maintenance and start-up activities.
• Perform inspection of product during the production process as required.
• Assist in developing improvement methods and practices to increase quality and productivity.
• Accurately complete documentation associated with production process.

Desired Background/Skills:

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment (aerospace or composites a plus)
