Job Requirements

Primary Duties:

• Maintain and repair Facilities and Printed Circuit Board production equipment (Plating Lines, Graphic Equipment, Lamination presses, etc)
• Read and follow wiring diagrams, schematics and written procedures
• Assembly/disassembly of mechanical equipment
• Rigging and moving of equipment, fixtures, and furniture
• Installations of equipment and fixtures
• Train other technicians in the skills required to perform preventative maintenance on equipment
• Recommend and implement improvements to processes

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years related Experience
• Highschool Diploma or Equivalent required; AS degree preferred
• Technical certification a plus
• Strong Knowledge of High Voltage and Low voltage wiring installation
• Pneumatic, Hydraulic, Electrical & Mechanical Skills
• PLC knowledge and experience
• Experience with pumps, AODP’s, Mag drive pumps, and mechanical sealed pumps
• Experience with vacuum systems and chilled water systems
• PLC Troubleshooting and programming experience a plus
• Experience with TIG/MIG Welding equipment a plus
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Computer Skills including Microsoft Office
