Job Requirements

Primary Duties:

• Coordinate support/resources for production and non-production work activities
• Add performance input of direct reports inclusive of annual performance reviews
• Lead routine, periodic, and special inspections to determine repairs needed 
• Perform production equipment change-overs
• Interpret blueprints, equipment manuals, layouts, and wiring diagrams
• Prepare documentation regarding Preventive Maintenance and Machine Operation 
• Set up and operate all equipment needed to perform assigned tasks
• Maintain appropriate records, and inventory counts
• Respond to alarms or trouble calls as required and maintain a strong floor presence

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years’ experience as electromechanical technician
• Experience with automation in the medical field.
• Hands-on electro-mechanical repair, rebuild, field service experience
• Technical Certificate as a Electro-Mechanical Technician, Industrial Maintenance, Automotive Repair, or related technical field preferred
• 3+ years supervisory/lead experience preferred
• 3+ years PLC experience preferred
• 5+ years experience in high volume production preferred
