Job Description

CoWorx in partnership with Inteplast Engineered Films in Westborough, MA is currently hiring Machine Operators for our facility in Westboro, MA. You will be trained to be an Extrusion Machine Operator - Training is Mon-Fri 10am-6pm then will go to 12 hour shifts Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat.

Job Requirements

Job Duties:

  • Working with team to meet goals and deadlines
  • Operating and maintaining production equipment
  • Inspecting product to confirm quality
  • Ensuring all materials are stored and sorted correctly
  • Maintaining clean and organized work area
  • Upholding safety and quality assurance standards

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Must be task and detailed orientated 
  • Able to read basic measurements and a ruler (trades experience a plus)  
  • Can stand for up to 12 hours/day
