Job Description

CoWorx is seeking entry-level and skilled Machine Operators for a great company in Ludlow, MA . In this role you will be responsible for maintaining the continued operation of th e production line in accordance with all company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Primary Duties:

  • Operate machines to production time per router.
  • Maintain a clean work station
  • Watch gauges, dials, and output to make sure the machine is working properly.
  • Monitor events, materials, and surroundings
  • Monitor machine tool efficiency and maintains a consistent level of production
  • Perform time studies to accurately record cycle times and determine realistic daily production capability

Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Manufacturing experience preferred, but we are happy to train the right candidate
