Job Requirements

Responsibilities                                                               

• Assure XRF results are within accuracy and precision standards
• Act as SME regarding testing
• Manage lab staff & equipment and assure sop are executed to maintain integrity of sample prep & testing
• Collaborate with production & business units to maintain steady flow of new test results for catalog as well as timely results for assay clients
• Execute testing as needed
• Approve & publish results within service level agreed (Minimum weekly)
• Assist in developing, documenting, and disseminating strong comprehensive lab & analysis processes & SOPs
• Disseminate training as needed, Create training / educational support materials
• Maintain samples library and samples retain inventories
• Maintain safety standards
• Maintain relationships with colleague level partner labs
• Project participation. (IE - develop opportunities by researching potential of various product streams
