Job Description

CoWorx Staffing Services has immediate openings for Inventory Planning / Order Management positions in Marietta, GA! These positions will act as liaisons between company and the dealer network on a daily basis, provide assistance to the dealers in order placement and processing of Group product lines, and handle order management from inception to final delivery.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for phone coverage for the Order Desk for its hours of operation to accept orders and answer dealer’s questions regarding ordering opportunities, sales programs and inventory availability information 
  • Utilize SAP to create an manage dealer orders, create wholesale programs, process rebills and research inventory
  • Monitor unit releasing/invoicing by product line to ensure dealer delivery schedule and monthly invoicing targets achieved
  • Work with Inventory Planning staff to resolve any delivery issues so that all units confirmed on order programs are delivered and program is closed in a timely manner
  • Process special programs (i.e. government, safety education etc.) and dealer debits/credits as needed 
  • Handle DM/Dealer communication, as needed, logging all communication into company’s CRM system (i.e. Siebel/YCRMS). Retain and file all required documents and approvals in approved locations (hard and soft copies)
  • Responsible for reconciling incomplete orders including kits and reviewing any discrepancies related to orders 
  • Perform other duties as assigned Decision-Making Responsibility: Job requires considerable judgement and initiative within approved parameters, and limited supervision.

Requirements: 

  • High school education or higher 
  • 2-3 years sales order processing and/or distribution experience
  • Basic Math Skills 
  • Experience with SAP ECC Order Management screens 
  • Experience with Excel and reporting 
  • Must have excellent Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Attention to detail
  • Ability to work within provided deadlines 
  • Must be self-motivated and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment 

Please note: this is not a remote position!


Shift Available:

  • 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday
