Job Requirements

Primary Duties:

• Ensure warehousing staff is deployed to daily tasks and follow-up on the execution
• Act as primary situational problem solver for any escalations, process or safety related issues
• Works with supply chain leadership to implement standard work across department
• Ensure daily execution of cycle count process
• Hold daily standup meetings at the LDM board - update others on performance metrics
• Help work on warehouse layout and design to ensure material flows into Main stock locations after receiving
• Organize group to execute periodic purge of E&O materials as directed or assigned
• Develop robust cross training plan for all teams
• Create and document standard work for receiving, cycle counting, and material replenishment
• Deploy plans to centralize into one warehouse location
• Manage and develop staff including assigning and directing work, appraising performance, hiring, training and retention, disciplining, addressing complaints and resolving problems

Qualifications:

• Associates's Degree Preferred
• 2-4 Years Experience
• SAP experience preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and direct tactical team on assignments
