CoWorx Staffing Services has an exciting new opportunity for a Facilities Maintenance Engineer in North Grafton, MA. This is a direct hire, full time, 1st shift role, offering a competitive salary and benefits, a technically diverse work environment, and a small company atmosphere.

The Facilities Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for maintenance, repair and upkeep of all manufacturing and facility related equipment. This includes boilers, chillers, HVAC equipment, Emergency Power and building monitoring systems as well as calibration and support for manufacturing related equipment and systems. The Engineer will also be responsible for emergency response for fire and life safety systems.

The salary for this position is $85,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of hands-on or contracted repair/maintenance tasks.
• Perform inspections related to HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression and life safety systems.
• Respond to emergency calls as needed for the facility on a 24×7 basis including fire alarms, and system issues.
• Adhere to and promote the environmental, health & safety policies

Desired Background/Skills:

• Technical two year degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of plant engineering/maintenance/equipment reliability experience.
• MA State Electrician License (preferred).
• Experience with maintaining HVAC equipment, boilers and chillers and building control systems.
