CoWorx Staffing Services has exciting new opportunities for Equipment Operators in the Baltimore, MD area! In this role you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of one to several pieces of equipment, including: Forklift, Order Selector, Sit Down, Turret Truck, Counterbalance, and Reach Lift. The Equipment Operator is responsible for safely, accurately, and efficiently moving, relocating, stacking and counting product.

Responsibilities:

• Cross-train in other various distribution center functions
• Assist in physical inventory by rotation stock
• Cycle count – fix a location when an error is found (unless wave is “hot”)
• Maintain clean, neat and orderly work areas
• Tasks as needed per Warehouse Management
• Perform daily maintenance and safety check of equipment
• Promote, execute and adhere to the Company’s safety program, and encourage all employee’s and temporary workers to adopt safety as a culture.
• Work in safe, responsible manner to not intentionally inure oneself, or endanger wellbeing of others.
• Participate as a team member, and contribute towards the success of the organization
• Promote teach approach, exchange information and gather ideas
