Job Description

CoWorx Staffing has new temp-hire opportunities for Electromechanical Assemblers in Holliston, MA. In this role you will be responsible for day-to-day assembly and inspection processes used to create quality products.

Job Requirements

Primary Duties:

  • Assembles, modifies, reworks and repairs all products
  • Interprets work documents and procedures
  • Exhibits and maintains a high level of accuracy and efficiency
  • Accurately conducts product tests
  • Inspects results to ensure safety and compliance
  • Packages/over-packs products as needed
  • Assists with cycle counting and physical inventories as needed

Qualifications:

  • Highschool Diploma or Equivalent
  • 5+ years electromechanical assembly experience
  • Ability to understand and adhere to procedures and documentation written in English
  • Knowledge of hand tools
  • Ability to identify, form and install various components
  • Hand soldering experience preferable
  • Knowledge of blueprints/schematics preferable
  • Good communication Skills
  • Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, and lift up to 65lbs regularly
