Job Description

CoWorx Staffing is currently seeking an E-commerce Operations Specialist for opportunities with Yamaha in Marietta, GA. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Yamaha e-commerce business. You will monitor the overall status of e-commerce orders and resolve any escalated or customer issues from the Customer Relations team. This position also handles onboarding of new e-commerce dealers and maintaining the whitelist of dealers as well as product curation on the ecommerce website and other platform maintenance projects and marketing campaigns.



Job Requirements

Primary Duties:

  • Monitor e-commerce orders using third-party Order Management System (OMS) and Internal Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Address any orders that need special attention by working with OMS representatives, vendors, and internal resources
  • Curate and validate accuracy of product information on the ecommerce website
  • Update product descriptions, names, images, attributes, and more
  • E-commerce Dealer onboarding and maintenanc
  • Tracking signed paperwork, maintaining Dealer status, and working with the internal dealer system team and OMS representatives
  • Act as liaison and manage day-to-day tasks between internal team members, other business units and external vendors
  • Assist the marketing team with ecommerce initiatives, including: product placement, development, and benchmark data collection

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience handling website content and maintaining data in a CMS
  • 1+ years of experience resolving escalated issues with orders and/or customers
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project) required
  • Intermediate or higher skill level of Microsoft Excel is required
  • Must be a team player and detail-oriented
  • Knowledge of Motorsports and /or recreational industries is a plus
