Job Description

CoWorx has new opportunities for experienced Customer Service Associate in Lawrence, MA. In this role, you will assist clients with product issues and help to maintain a high customer retention level. You will also be responsible for taking incoming calls and addressing customer product issues and concerns.

Job Requirements

Primary Duties:

  • Taking customer orders
  • Updating company database with information from each call
  • Collaborating with sales team to develop efficient methods for handling issues
  • Working on special short-term projects to offer customized support
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction levels and developing methods for increasing satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years' experience in a customer service role
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong sense of professionalism and discretion
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!
