CoWorx Staffing Services has exciting new opportunities for Customer Service Representatives in the Middlebury, CT area!

In this position you will provide Customer Service for a well-known international manufacturer and marketer of highly engineered precision plain, roller, and ball bearings.

Responsibilities:

• Quote customers in a timely accurate manner to optimize new orders
• Review orders for accuracy via our contract review process
• Maintain and reconcile customer orders which will help to avoid returns
• Keep abreast of past due orders and advise customers of the situation
• Maintain awareness of our Quality Objectives and Policies
• Must have, or learn, a certain level of product knowledge to help support customers
• Must be able to access and manage customer web sites
• Responsible for understanding the company gross margin policies and maximizing them

Desired Background/Skills:

• Helpful to have general knowledge of how customer service works within a manufacturing environment
• General computer skills
• AS400 computer skills a plus
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Hours:

• 8:30am-5:00pm; Monday- Friday
