Job Description

CoWorx Staffing has a new opportunity for a Cash Applications Specialist in Duluth, GA. In this role you will be responsible for initiating unapplied payment and chargeback correspondence to customers, maintaining customer records, and for resolving payment discrepancies.

Job Requirements

Primary Duties:

  • Maintain the responsibility for unapplied payments and lockbox bookkeeping accounts
  • Provide quality, professional customer service to all internal and external A/R Center personnel
  • Contact customers as required regarding questionable payments and resolve based on departmental procedures.
  • Initiate unapplied payment and chargeback correspondence to customers

Qualifications:

  • Proven good performer in Accounts Receivable
  • Excellent data entry and 10 key skills (accuracy and speed a must)
  • PeopleSoft experience a plus
  • Above average research and resolution skills
  • Strong math aptitude and analytical ability
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work on multiple assignments with competing priorities
  • Strong PC/Excel Knowledge
