CoWorx Staffing has multiple seasonal openings for experienced Call Center Representatives for our client located in Braintree MA. If you're looking for an opportunity to work in a fast-paced customer-oriented role, we're definitely excited to meet you!

Requirements:

  • Highschool Diploma or Equivalent
  • Associate’s preferred
  • 1-3 years of Call Center experience preferred
  • Experience with MS Office preferred
  • Excellent oral communication and presentation skills
  • Patient and professional demeanor
  • Basic Math Skills
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Shifts Available:

  • Mon-Thu 6pm-10pm + Saturday 10am-6pm 

Job Requirements

  • Job Duties:

    • Handling inbound/outbound phone calls
    • Responding to email or written correspondence
    • Providing customers with accurate account status and activity information
    • Using computerized systems to locate, interpret, and communicate information
    • Resolving customer inquiries or provide voting instructions
    • Escalating complicated issues to appropriate Team Leader or ATL
    • Identifying stakeholder or claimant trends / common issues and communicating to Team Leader or ATL
