Job Description

CoWorx Staffing is currently seeking Assemblers for roles with a great manufacturing company in Ayer, MA. In this role you will be responsible for building electro-mechanical subassemblies from blueprints, as well as ensuring the safety and quality of products.

Job Requirements

Job Duties:

  • Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, etc
  • Use hand tools (torque wrenches, crimpers, drills, etc) to assemble parts
  • Maintain clean and organized work area
  • Uphold safety and quality assurance standards

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience in manufacturing assembly environment
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal English
