Job Description

CoWorx Staffing is hiring Assemblers for opportunities in the Danbury, CT area. In this role you will be responsible for day to day production duties, predominantly focused on a ctuators, control valves, and sensors for heating and cooling systems.

Job Requirements

Primary Duties:

  • Pick materials for production
  • Assemble, check, and package sub-components and finished products
  • Mount items necessary for fulfilling assembly orders
  • Maintain order at the workplace, in the storage locations, and in rooms of general use
  • Undertake temporary assignments and special tasks within the assembly process.
  • Perform computer and administrative work such as order printing, label creation, order confirmation and tracking
  • Coordinate transport arrangements with Shipping
  • Operate manufacturing equipment and simple electronic test equipment

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Forward thinking with good time management skills
  • Prior assembly and/or Manufacturing experience desirable
  • Average manual dexterity (Hand to eye coordination)
  • Mechanical ability necessary.
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
