Job Description

CoWorx Staffing is currently looking for Assemblers to join our team in the Hopkinton, MA area. In this role you will perform routine assembly of parts onto a holding fixture for coating process. Duties will include cleaning of work area, mounting of parts, masking and fixture adjustment to tolerances in preparation for next process.

Job Requirements

Job Duties:

  • Work from written instructions
  • Maintain work areas and equipment in a clean, orderly, operational and safe condition  
  • Inspection of parts and fixtures (aka racks) for suitability before assembly
  • Perform adjustments to all fixtures for proper masking dimensions
  • Visually inspect work of co-workers to assure compliance with traveler requirements
  • Verify counts of mounted wires to job order quantities

Requirements:

  • Must be able to use basic hand tools
  • Must be able to utilize basic measuring devices
  • Must be able to perform basic math 
  • Good written documentation and oral communication skills.
  • Read, write and understand detailed work instructions in English.
  • Ability to follow written instructions and associated manufacturing plans or sketches.
  •  Pushing/pulling/lifting up to thirty (30) lbs.
  •  High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
