Job Requirements

Primary Duties:

  • Assemble and inspect firearms and products accurately and efficiently according to the standard work instructions in order to prepare them for test fire and shipping
  • Maintain a high level of safety in and around the assembly area
  • Build and inspect subassembly, frame, slide, and sights
  • Ensure that all documentation is correct including quantities and other records
  • Maintain the Assembly work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or a GED
  • 1-2 years related experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Firearm manufacturing experience a plus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods of time
