Job Description

CoWorx Staffing is currently seeking Assemblers to join our team in Waterbury, CT. In this role you will be responsible for manually assembling and packaging materials.

Job Requirements

Primary Duties:

  • Assemble and pack small parts and displays
  • Obtain and sort product and sealed containers
  • Pack special arrangements or selections of product
  • Inspect materials, products, and containers at each step
  • Record information such as time and date packaged and fill out identification labels
  • Unpack customer-supplied parts into smaller trays or other containers
  • Complete daily labor tickets or routing sheets

Qualifications:

  • Ability to stand, handle or feel objects/tools/parts, and reach with hands and arms continuously
  • Ability to walk, sit, stoop, crouch, talk, and hear occasionally
  • Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
