Job Description

Coworx Staffing is currently seeking a Gift Processing Coordinator for our client in Fairfield, CT. This position is a 6 month temporary role uniquely suited for candidates with a nonprofit background!

Job Requirements

Job Duties:

  • Process credit card refunds requested by donors
  • Process chargebacks reported via online portals
  • Assist with daily credit card payment reconciliations for multiple platforms
  • Monitors chargeback 911 notifications and processes refunds for these transactions
  • Assists with the daily check deposit operations of the agency - via lockboxes and/or in house
  • Record gift data into BBEC CRM

Requirements:

  • 1-2 Years Accounting background
  • Gift Processing Assistant experience a plus
  • Good communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
