This is an onsite role and job duties include answering all incoming telephone inquiries from customers, distributors, and sale representatives. Team oriented environment where employees work together to achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities:

• Position requires extensive telephone and written contact with customers and field sales representatives.
• Duties include order entry, pricing, stock checks, expediting customer orders, and responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Quotation/pricing responses using standardized pricing routines.
• Maintain quote activity file.
• Determine product availability from current inventory, on order status and/or provide lead times for manufactured product.
• Expedite open customer orders.

Desired Background/Skills:

• 2+ years of related customer service experience.
• High School diploma required.
• Must be team-oriented and willing to work with coworkers to achieve company goals.
