CoWorx has an immediate openings for an Inventory Analyst with a global company in the medical and aerospace industry.

The Inventory Analyst reports directly to the Finance Director. The role is an exciting opportunity to join a global, dynamic, Hi-Tech team, supporting the medical and aerospace industries. They are the industry leader in development and manufacturer of ceramic to metal seals for both Aerospace and Medical markets. This company helps improve the quality of life with our implantable medical components, and we ensure the safety of travelers by developing multiple components for the Aerospace industry.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve the company’s inventory situation by analyzing inventory statistics to determine optimal level of stock level.
• Monitor and maintain current inventory levels.
• Perform inventory reconciliation
• Manage physical inventory and cycle counts to ensure accuracy of inventory
• Ensure inventory move spreadsheets gets updated on daily basic
• Ensures that jobs are closed in timely manner in Power Apps /ERP system
• Makes ink to specification.
• Maintains inventory.
• Must perform routine diagnostics.
• Must detect for faulty equipment, coatings, and dimensions.
• Ability to work independently.
• Able to follow written/ verbal orders, manuals, MI work specifications, work orders, etc.
• Can efficiently operate in ERP system, Styeline.
• Must record operational issues and communicates to appropriate personnel, such as: next shift operators, engineering, supervisor, etc.

Desired Background/Skills:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• This position requires use of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC).
• Prior experience with Inventory management
• Must have advanced excel skills including creation of spreadsheets, create pivot tables and charts, use and write formulas and functions, be fluent in: VLOOKUP, Contact, and conditional formatting, use sort, filter, and other data analysis functions
• Must have a sense of urgency and capable of working under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills
• Should be comfortable working on a team
• Good organization skills
• Good time management skills, problem solving skills.
