Our client in Glassboro, NJ is seeking HR Admins to help in their busy corporate office.

Responsibilities:

– Handle onboarding paperwork for new applicants
– Schedule background checks and drug tests and view results
– Data Entry of application into HRIS
– Follow Checklist for hiring and complete all tasks with updates to HR Manager
– Collecting paperwork from applicants
– Confidentially is paramount

Desired Background/Skills:

– At least 1 year of HR Admin experience
– Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding
– Excellent computer skills
– Willingness to learn new computer system
– Ability to work with team and independently

Other Information:

Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday-Friday
