We’re searching for Production Operators for our client in Hollis, NH!

Production operators will help the cell meet its daily production obligations by adhering to quality workmanship standards and producing work on-time and at the expected production rate. Duties include assembly and machine operation for thin film manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the set-up, cleaning, operation, and troubleshooting of vacuum coating equipment.
• Inspect substrates/devices for defect and quality using a microscope.
• Measure thickness of deposited metal using a Dektak machine to ensure correct thickness was deposited.
• Etch coupons in beakers using a corrosive chemicals with proper PPE.
• Accurately document production activities, record notes, and actions using electronic (computer) based production logs.
• Remove and replace target/cathodes when needed
• Strictly adhere to documented processes, workmanship standards, and procedures
