CoWorx Staffing is hiring Blasting Operators with one of our clients in Rochester, NH! Entry level with on the job training. Production/manufacturing experience is desired but not required.
The Blasting Operator uses tools and equipment to blast the finishing product of metal components as part of the finishing process.

Responsibilities:

• Be detail oriented and able to produce exceptional work,
• Have the ability to work under time constraints effectively,
• Have the ability to work well with others in a team environment,
• Comfortable working with both hand tools and machine tools such as blast cabinets and
• Comfortable with industrial machinery.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Must have good hand – eye coordination,
• Be able to read work instructions and travelers,
• Have experience working with the team in a diverse manufacturing environment,
• Have effective verbal, written and mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply & divide) and
• Be able to walk and stand throughout 10-hour shift.

Schedule information:

• 1st shift schedule. $17.00/hr. 4 day work week! Monday-Thursday 5:00am-430pm
