Job Description:

Location: Marlborough, Massachusetts

A new client is looking to add 10 workers to their team! Sleep in with this 9:30 AM – 6 PM Monday – Friday schedule! Training is 8 AM – 5 PM for four weeks.
Must have strong computer skills, a clear and friendly customer service voice, and accurate data entry skills.

Responsibilities:

• Taking inbound calls from customers looking to enroll in benefits.
• Taking inbound calls from customers who have questions about benefits.
• Navigating multiple systems while providing stellar customer service.
• Updating customer information in database.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Ideal candidate would have some call center experience.
• Able to navigate multiple systems. Must have strong computer skills.
• Can be trained on HIPAA. Medical terminology knowledge a plus but not required.

Other Information:

• $18/hr.
• $19/hr. if bilingual (read/write/speak) in Spanish, Haitian Creole, or Portuguese.
