CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking experienced Assemblers for a local Manufacturing company within the Greater Waterbury Area.

Responsibilities:

– Performs repetitive bench or assembly operations to produce/inspect/test wire and cable harnesses or subcomponents. A primary work center may be assigned. When a new work center is assigned, training will be provided.
– Receives verbal instructions, reads and understands documents such as work instructions and drawings contained within the Job Control packet.
– Places harness components in specified relationship to each other.
– Bolts, clips, screws, cuts, trims, crimps, bags, kits, braids, pots, molds, packs or otherwise handles components.
– Visually and with measuring equipment checks harnesses and subcomponents to ensure their conformity to drawings.
– Conducts various tests to ensure harnesses and subcomponents meet specifications

Desired Background/Skills:

– Performs work assignments as directed including DSQR and internal auditing.

Other Information:

– 1st Shift – Monday – Friday 7am-3:30pm
