CoWorx Staffing is hiring for Temp to Perm Assembly Operator positions for our manufacturing client in Dover, NH.

Responsibilities:

– Read work orders, follow production drawings and sample assemblies
– Assembles components as instructed
– Assembles and attaches hardware
– Connect components lead wires; connectors, terminals and contact points (once trained)
– Crimps, solders, cements, press fits, or perform similar operations to join or secure parts in place (once trained)
– Perform final inspection once equipment is set up and verified by level 3 or 4
– J Standard or IPC Standard trained is a plus and candidates with these certifications will be paid accordingly.

Desired Background/Skills:

– On the job training provided so ALL candidates are encouraged to apply
– Previous electronic assembly experience is preferred
– Candidates with hand / manual dexterity related hobby is preferred as well
– Attention to detail and experience following written/visual work instructions
