CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking a Dispatcher for a rapidly growing provider of emergency generator service, sales, and maintenance contracts for hospitals, nursing homes, data center, transit authorities, municipalities and retail stores in Connecticut, Massachusetts and New York.

Responsibilities:

• Directs and monitors daily assignments
• Schedules technicians to ensure daily coverage of all routes
• Communicates all relevant details of assignments to technicians to ensure proper execution
• Assist technicians with routing directions and directs them to perform special services when required
• Maintains high compliance to dispatch standard operating procedures
• Handles customer concerns and requests for information in an expeditious and professional manner
• Learn the surrounding geographic area to ensure effective and efficient routing of technicians
• Ability to organize and prioritize time to balance conflicting demands related to customer care and dispatching
• Responsible for writing technician quotes based off of provided data from technicians
• Responsible for ensuring all unit down quotes are adjudicated asap
• Communicates all relevant details of assignments to technicians to ensure proper execution
• Maintains high compliance to standard operating procedures
• Handles customer concerns and requests for information in an expeditious and professional manner
• Ability to support Service department with attaching documents to work orders

Desired Background/Skills:

• Experience in excel (expert). Exporting, pivot tables, vlookups, creating spreadsheets, basic formulas.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
